This 3D FAA Sectional aeronautical wall chart covers the high Rocky Mountains, from Denver and Colorado Springs in the east to Aspen and Glenwood Springs in the west. Over 238 miles of the rugged Rockies are shown north-to-south in striking 3D detail. The precisely molded 3D shape allows pilots to see and feel the terrain shape and clearly understand how it relates to the airspace and flight. Pilots will value referencing this chart for flight planning, training, and as a general conversation piece, whether hung on a wall of an office, hangar, or home.
Deciding Between Framed or Unframed OptionsThis 3D chart is available in two forms: poster-style, convenient for pinning to a wall or bulletin board, or fully framed and ready to be displayed as art. We carefully trim, mount, and frame each map to ensure a perfect fit in a hand-assembled frame crafted of either solid wood or black anodized aluminum.
If you intend to showcase the map as decor, we encourage you to order a framed version up front. Our framed map prices are well below those of a typical framing shop, but we’re not able to provide frames separately for maps that have already been shipped.
