Summit Terragraphics was started in 2007 specifically to bring new technologies and modern geodata to the thermoformed 3D map market. Since then, we’ve been designing and producing raised-relief 3D wall maps, beginning with maps for hikers and peak-baggers and eventually focusing on custom raised-relief maps for a wide variety of organizations and industries.
As an intentionally small privately-owned company, we’re proud to now be the country’s premier producer of custom thermoformed relief maps. All of our maps are designed and manufactured in our Maryland facility with quality materials and traditional American craftsmanship.
Our team’s passion for maps is evident in our fresh cartographic designs and focus on creativity and workmanship. The Summit manufacturing process was set up specifically to produce the best possible 3D maps, combining attractive colors and graphics and precise terrain modeling and registration.
